How to manage notification preferences

Choose which eligible Flinq workflow events also send you an email notification.

Katrin Erb Written by Katrin Erb Updated Published

Flinq sends in-app notifications for relevant workflow events. You can choose whether eligible events also send an email.

Change your preferences

  1. Open the user menu and select Profile.

  2. Open Notification preferences.

  3. Turn email on or off for each event shown.

  4. Save your preferences.

In-app notifications are always on. The preferences control the email channel only.

Available events

  • Payment run approvals: when a payment run requires your approval.

  • Payment run decisions: when a payment run you created is approved or rejected.

  • FTD approval requests: when a Fixed Term Deposit requires your approval.

  • FTD approval decisions: when a Fixed Term Deposit you created is approved.

  • Portal FTD requests: when a portal user submits a request for review.

  • FTD status updates: portal updates when a reviewer accepts or rejects your request.

You see only events relevant to your panel and permissions. Preferences belong to your user account, so they continue to apply when you switch offices.

Delivery expectations

Use the in-app notification as the primary workflow signal. Email may be delayed by mail routing or filtering. If an expected event is not listed, confirm that you hold the related permission in at least one office.
