How to create custom roles

Default roles

Flinq has some default roles that you can assign to your users.

Role

Description

Admin

Can import statements and make payments

Profile admin

Can create and maintain profiles

Profile viewer

Can only view profiles

Office admin

Can manage the office settings

Organisation admin

Can manage the organisation settings and create new offices

Approver

Can approve payments

These roles cannot be amended or removed.

Custom roles

You can create any custom roles by combining desired permissions.

Steps

  1. Navigate to Roles in the left navbar

  2. Click on 'New role' (top right)

  3. Give your new role a name and assign all permissions that you'd like to it

  4. Once created, the role can be assigned to users
