How to manage Fixed Term Deposit documents
Upload, preview, download and remove supporting files for a deposit.
Keep deposit instructions, confirmations and supporting evidence attached to the correct Fixed Term Deposit record.
Supported files and limits
Flinq accepts PDF, JPEG, PNG, GIF, WebP, Word, Excel, CSV and plain-text files up to 20 MB each. Files are stored privately for the current office.
Upload during a request or confirmation
In the request’s Additional Info step, open Supporting Documents and add the file, optional document name and description. The confirmation action provides the same fields for bank confirmations and deal tickets.
Upload to an existing deposit
Open the deposit and go to Supporting Documents.
Select Upload Document.
Choose the file. Optionally enter a Document Name and Description; otherwise Flinq uses the original filename for the name.
Select Upload.
The document list shows the name, description, original file, size and upload date.
Preview or download a document
Select Preview for a supported previewable file, or Download to retrieve the original. A missing preview action does not mean the file is unavailable; use Download when your permissions allow it.
Delete a document
Use Delete only when the file is attached to the wrong record, duplicated or no longer permitted to be retained. The action removes the document record and its private stored file.
A file cannot be uploaded
Check the file type and 20 MB limit, then confirm you are in the correct office and have Create FTDs. Do not rename an unsafe or unsupported file merely to bypass the restriction. Contact Support through an approved secure channel if a permitted file still fails.
