How to add a new office

Whenever you want to roll out Flinq to a new office, you can easily do this from within the app.

Steps

  1. Head to Organisation Settings

  2. In the offices section, click on 'New office'

  3. Enter a name and reporting currency (the currency your dashboard will be in)

  4. Optionally, select a flag which will be displayed as icon of your office

  5. You will automatically have been added as admin to this office. You can now add new roles and users.

  6. Make sure to activate all the banks, currencies, importers and exporters you want to use for this office.

šŸ’” An office represents a logical separation in Flinq. You can use this for other purposes too, such as departments, legal entities, etc.
