Once you have created additional interest pools, you can assign accounts to them. You can re-assign pools as often as you'd like, as long as the re-assignment date falls after the last payment date.
Steps
Navigate to Interest Pools in the left navbar
Select the interest pool you want to assign accounts to
Click on add bank account
Choose a bank account from the drop-down and pick the date from which you want to re-assign the account
Alternatively, you can also navigate to a bank account and choose a new pool and start date for the account.
⚠️ Remember that you can only re-assign accounts for dates on which no payment has been made.
Troubleshooting
You've created a payment file and noticed the account was assigned to the incorrect pool.
If you haven't yet made the payment you can archive the payment file and then proceed with the steps above.
If you have already made the payment and marked the file as paid you will need to contact us.
